Rentals include linen, towels, point of contact, welcome pack, meet and greet, hot and cold air conditioining. (Utility bills extra for long stays).
On stays longer than 10 days a linen change can be arranged upon request (does not apply to long stays, available at extra charge).
Cot and highchair available.
Air conditioning and heating is available at an additional charge, This must be booked in advance.

For bookings within 10 weeks of rental period, full payment is required prior to your stay. Otherwise a deposit of £150 (pounds sterling) or €200 per week of your stay and the remainder paid in full 10 weeks before your stay.

A £250 (pounds sterling) or €300 security deposit is required. This will be returned when our local agent has completed their check of the apartment.
